Same Day Surgery

To the staff at "Same Day Surgery",

Yesterday July 15,2009 I had eye surgery and wanted to take just a moment to express my appreciation for the quality care and service I received.

From the receptionist (Marilyn) through the preparation, and finally to having my seat belt fastened in the car at leaving, it was...believe it or not, a pleasant experience. 

I have spent the majority of my working life in the service business,  Unfortunately, that aspect of business has all but gone.  That is, with the exception of the staff at Bert Fish Same Day Surgery.  You are to be commended.
