Impressed with your PCU!

I suffered a heart attack on July 20,2009 and was trasported to Bert Fish Emergency.  After being evaluated I was admitted and sent to room 406.  I was very impressed with your Progressive Care Unit.  Rooms were very pleasent and the care provided by the staff was the finest ever experienced by me.  The nurses were thoughtful and all were highly qualified professionals.  I am now attending your cardiac / pulmonary rehab which is going very well.  Again the facility and staff are excellent.

I'm sure you hear about experiences which people feel were not satisfactory.  It is only fair that you hear from those of us who wer satisfied with our expereinces.
