Patient Financial Services

The Patient Financial Services at Bert Fish Medical Center is committed to providing quality customer service including financial counseling, financial planning options, arranging payment plans, financial assistance, Medicaid eligibility, SSI, and indigent services.  Hours of operation include 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and their phone number is (386) 424-5112. 

To pay a bill or for questions and concerns regarding a bill:
contact customer service at (386) 424-5112;
stop by the customer service center in the main hospital at 401 Palmetto Street in New Smyrna Beach;
